We use the book "Project Management" by Roel Grit to teach the theory and apply it practically in the infrastructure sector. During the course, we extensively cover the well-known GO-KIT factors essential for managing projects. You will learn how to calculate, budget, and financially monitor the project. We also focus on setting up a schedule based on the critical path method. After completing the course, you will receive a certificate that complies with the Certification Scheme for Cable Infrastructure and Pipe-Laying Companies (CKB). The goal of this course is to teach you how to work on a project basis.

After completing the course, a test will be administered on the fourth day (half a day). Upon successful completion of this test, you will receive a certificate. This certificate complies with the Cable Infrastructure and Pipe-Laying Companies Certification Scheme (CKB).
