An operator moves loads with a small deck crane on board a ship. The operator must work safely, responsibly, and efficiently and must be able to communicate clearly with colleagues. The trainee will learn about safety aspects, lifting equipment, and the attachment and movement of loads on board. They will also be responsible for the daily maintenance of the lifting equipment.
