This course is designed as blended learning: a combination of online learning and practical training. It is specifically designed for mobile crane operators, as well as truck-mounted cranes with lifting functions, earthmoving machines with lifting functions, and telehandlers with lifting functions. During this training for future crane operators, the key test terms are covered through theoretical and practical instruction.
Depending on the operator's knowledge and experience, this training is divided into two options: one consisting of theoretical knowledge acquisition through blended learning (e-learning), and one consisting of practical instruction to prepare for the practical exam.
The course is suitable for future crane operators with experience or holders of a TCVT certificate who have not completed the mandatory TCVT refresher training modules in time and
this means that you will have to take a theory exam again.
Theory knowledge:
Step 1: Self-study (blended learning)
Step 2: additional theory instruction (if necessary)
Step 3: theory exam (by an independent examination agency)
Digital learning environment
This course uses a digital learning environment. Participants will have access to an e-learning module to prepare for the following training days. The components are covered using text, photos, and videos.
Practice

If you would prefer a training program where theoretical and practical instruction, as well as exams, are scheduled within a fixed period, we offer the following courses:
At the end of the blended learning program, an independent agency will administer the theory exam. If the student passes the theory exam, they will receive a positive assessment. They must then complete the practical component within six months to receive the final certificate/registration through TCVT-RA.
Starting January 1, 2020, TCVT-RA will process registrations for positive recommendations. Following this recommendation, TCVT-RA will arrange registration (certification) with the student/participant.
