Last Thursday, the graduation ceremony for 60 third-year project managers took place amidst a large audience. These gentlemen have been taking exams for the past few months, and 98,4% of them passed. What a fantastic achievement for these 60 gentlemen. The participants, employers, and SOMA Bedrijfsopleidingen can be proud of this.
Last year, 61 participants completed the third year of the Executive Training, 60 of whom completed the program. The graduation ceremony was held last Thursday, attended by family and employers. The afternoon began with a plenary session, where Anke van Bodegom (General Manager of SOMA Business Training) congratulated the candidates on their fantastic achievement. The instructors or account managers recognized the participants with personal notes, followed by the signing of their diplomas. The graduates received a nice gift and were then treated to snacks and drinks.
The complete evening program for Infrastructure Supervisors takes three years. After the first year of this evening program, every participant is an Assistant Infrastructure Supervisor. If the participant decides to continue after this first year, they become an Infrastructure Supervisor, with daily responsibility for an infrastructure project or a portion of a large infrastructure project. They handle technical aspects and manage personnel. The Supervisor is also responsible for the organization and administration of the work. Their primary duties are conducting work records and monitoring the execution with respect to time, budget, and specifications.
