By January 1, 2019, at the latest, an employee with the R-DLP (Registered Expert Project Manager) certificate must be present during more intensive remediation work. According to the guidelines, the use of an R-DLP is mandatory for the more stringent safety classes, red or black (volatile). The regular DLP and its refresher training will continue. For more intensive remediation work, the employee with an R-DLP will be deployed. In addition to the regular DLP, the R-DLP is required to be able to perform reliable soil moisture and air quality measurements. The tasks and responsibilities of the R-DLP are significantly more demanding than those of the DLP.

R-DLP program
This two-day course focuses on theory and practice. The first day is combined with the DLP course. The second day delves deeper into the subject matter and covers additional material required for the official R-DLP exam.
