The third-year candidates in the Executive Training program have completed their final exams at SOMA Business Training. A fantastic result, with a pass rate of 96,7%. A fantastic achievement that the participants, their employers, and SOMA Business Training are proud of.
Last year, 61 participants completed the third year of the Infrastructure Supervisor training program, 59 of whom completed the program. The complete evening Infrastructure Supervisor program takes three years. After the first year of this evening program, each participant is an Assistant Infrastructure Supervisor. If a participant decides to continue after this first year, they become an Infrastructure Supervisor, possessing all the necessary knowledge to assume daily responsibility for an infrastructure project or a portion of a large infrastructure project. A supervisor handles technical aspects and manages personnel. They are also responsible for the organization and administration of the work. Their primary responsibilities are conducting work records and monitoring the execution with regard to time, budget, and specifications.
The diploma ceremony for the Executioner training will take place on Wednesday evening, September 16, 2015, at the Bouw & Infra Park in Harderwijk. Family and employers are welcome to attend.
