The winter months are coming to an end, and we hope you're ready for the upcoming season. Over the past few months, we've shown you various aspects of future-oriented craftsmanship and how you can work towards them. We owe you one more: the importance of a solid foundation, not only for yourselves but also for the entire sector.
In our industry, we know that craftsmanship is incredibly important. Without a solid foundation, you'll never grow. These days, there's simply too little time to acquire knowledge, the workload is high, and there's already a shortage of skilled personnel. The staff who are on the job have to do the work and don't have time for training. Yet, it's crucial. Not just for workplace safety, as we highlighted last month. toldBut also because this basic knowledge is essential for preserving the wonderful craftsmanship of our sector. This must not be lost! Without craftsmanship, specializations are lost, and without these specializations, this knowledge, we cannot build our industry.
Craftsmanship, as we have tried to make clear to you in these months, must be focused on the future, and we can only achieve this together. Basic knowledge, security en development, in short, future-oriented craftsmanship!
