The TLN submarket for Tipper Truck Companies and SOMA Business Training have jointly and independently developed a vocational training course for Tipper Truck Drivers.
The four modules offered are the basic module, the 'off-road driving' module, the 'working with the asphalt tipper' and the module 'working with the low loader'.
During the "Off-Road Driving" module, the trainee learns to operate the tipper truck safely, effectively, and efficiently in various terrain conditions and to avoid additional maintenance by consciously using it in various terrains. In addition, to maintain their professional competence, professional drivers must complete 35 hours of continuing education over a five-year period, in accordance with the European Directive on Professional Competence 2003/59.
The course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn to operate a tipper truck safely, effectively, and efficiently in various terrain conditions and who wants to avoid additional maintenance on the tipper truck by consciously using it in various terrain conditions, as well as all professional drivers to whom the Professional Competence Directive applies.

This course concludes with a proficiency test. After completing the course, participants will receive a certificate. This course earns 7 points for the mandatory theoretical refresher course (Professional Competence Directive 2003/59).
