Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced professionals who:

  • have a background in infrastructure or vertical transport.
  • be able to translate subject-matter expertise into engaging and understandable lessons.
  • be flexible in deploying courses at different locations.
  • preferably have experience with adult education and possess teaching skills.
  • are driven to transfer knowledge and contribute to the development of professionals.

What training and courses do we provide?

At SOMA Training we train professionals within the infrastructure sector With a broad and practical offering. We offer a suitable solution for every training need, whether it concerns a specific machine, technique, or field.

🔹 Professional technical training courses: Infrastructure executor, mobile equipment fitter, road construction, cable and pipe fitter, pavers, surveyors, and specialist training courses such as wellhead dewatering and drilling foreman.

🔹 Machine-related trainingTraining courses for earthmoving, road construction, and forklift operators, including specialist training such as crane operator (TCVT-certified, NOGEPA, offshore) and machine safety courses.

🔹 Safety training: Working safely with electrical equipment (NEN 9140), Working safely along the road, VCA (B-VCA & VOL-VCA), Emergency Response, Working in contaminated soil, sewers and more.
