Moving Loads with Hand Hoist (VVL-H)
As of October 18, 2016, employees who independently move loads in the (petro)chemical industry must comply with the certification for 'Moving loads with hand hoisting equipment (VVL-H)' or 'Guiding loads (BVL)' instead of the former certification 'Safe Moving of Loads (VVL)'.
