Drivers who obtained their C driving license before September 10, 2016, must have completed 35 hours of refresher training before September 10, 2016. If the Code 95 is not on your driving license by September 10, 2016, you are no longer permitted to drive commercially.
Valid driver's license
Only Code 95 can be added to a valid driver's license. Sometimes it's wise to have your driver's license replaced early. This way, the expiry date of your driver's license and Code 95 will be the same. The CBR (Central Office for Motor Vehicle Driver Testing) needs several weeks (6-8) to process your declaration.
