With the SPUK-SEB scheme (Specific Grant for Clean and Zero-Emission Construction), you can receive reimbursement for part of the additional costs associated with using zero-emission construction machinery and vessels. This subsidy makes it financially feasible to impose stricter requirements on zero-emission construction in tenders.
A budget of €2026 million is available for SPUK-SEB in 120. You can submit your application to the Netherlands Enterprise Agency. rvo.nl, until September 11, 2026 at the latest. It is expected that new rounds to apply for this subsidy will be held annually until 2029.
