Instructor The New Turning for earthmoving

Your challenge

As an instructor for The New Way of Turning at SOMA Business Training, you'll lead one-day training sessions throughout the Netherlands for participants of various ages and clients. You'll coordinate the scheduling of these training sessions with our clients. As an instructor, you'll provide both theoretical and practical instruction and be the face of SOMA Business Training.

Who are you?

You're an expert in earthmoving machinery and enjoy sharing this knowledge with others. You also have:

• It is an advantage if you have a machinist's or mechanic's diploma from SOMA College;
• Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of earthmoving machinery;
• Oral and written mastery of the Dutch language;
• Business economics insight;
• Knowledge of engines, hydraulics and the latest technologies in the field of earth-moving machinery;
• Experience in the execution of works and tendering methods (advantage);
• Experience in Civil Engineering;
• Didactic skills to transfer knowledge in an educational manner;
• A proactive, motivational and creative attitude.
