When lifting on the track with a crane on a lorry, the operator must hold the TCVT Krol-Kraan W5-02 certificate. To maintain this certificate, demonstrable practical experience and refresher training are required. This refresher training fulfills one of the two mandatory refresher courses.
The Krol-Kraan W5-02 certificate issued before December 31, 2022, is valid for three years. After these three years, the holder must retake a practical exam. The Krol-Kraan W5-02 certificate issued from January 1, 2023, is valid for five years. Renewal is possible based on demonstrable practical experience (digital registration) and participation in two training days: a refresher course in the first three years and a refresher course in the last two years. You can choose between the mandatory TCVT refresher course A + B of C + D and the KROL additional training E + F. The order does not matter.

a valid TCVT certificate for mobile crane or earth-moving machine operator with lifting function,

• A VCA diploma is useful, but not a requirement.
If there are enough participants, the course will take place at our training grounds in Harderwijk. Due to the practical component of this course, the groups are small and therefore fill up quickly.
