Infrastructure Executive / Supervisor

Infrastructure Executive / Supervisor

During this course, you'll learn how to manage an entire infrastructure project from start to finish. Your primary responsibility is ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll organize, lead, and supervise the team. As a project manager, you're responsible for planning from the very beginning of a project. You'll determine who works, what materials and machinery are needed, and ensure everything is in the right place on time. Once the project begins, you'll ensure all work is carried out safely and according to the correct procedures. Unexpected problems can sometimes arise, but as a project manager, you'll minimize delays and ensure the project is completed successfully. This course will teach you practical methods you can use right away.

After the first year, you'll be an Assistant Project Manager/Supervisor. You can then continue with Years 2 and 3 to earn the Project Manager/Supervisor certificate or diploma. You register for each year.
