Permitting and regulatory bodies in the Netherlands have expressed a need for a short, intensive course. This customized program is designed for these officers and regulators, whose responsibilities include verifying that drilling is conducted in an environmentally responsible manner. These officers and regulators often lack the technical background to properly standardize and monitor this. After completing this course, they will be able to confidently supervise horizontal drilling.
