Best Price/Quality Ratio (BPKV): Utopia or a reality for SMEs? The 2012 Public Procurement Act has strongly encouraged the use of award criteria based on BPKV. What was previously primarily a criterion for large companies with their complex and large projects has been common practice for several years now. The application of this criterion by local authorities, in combination with "standard" RAW work, has also become a reality. The question is how you, as an SME, respond to this. What opportunities does this offer you, and what is expected of you? In this masterclass, we aim to provide you with the necessary tools. You will learn to assess the value of such projects and recognize a pseudo-BPKV tender. Furthermore, during the masterclass, you will discover that the "BPKV phenomenon" can serve as a catalyst for further professionalizing the tender process within your organization. Reference is also made to the new "Quality Assurance for Construction Act (WKB)" which came into effect on 1 January 2024 and will be implemented in phases through 2028. This Act has major consequences for working under quality assurance in SMEs, based on the principle of the "reverse burden of proof".
After the masterclass the student will receive a certificate of participation.
