Moving loads involves risks. For example, a load can be incorrectly attached, causing it to fall from the crane or hoist. To prevent lifting incidents, good communication, the correct selection of lifting equipment, and the correct attachment of loads are essential. After completing this course, you will be able to work safely, responsibly, and efficiently.

What will you learn during the training?

The course combines theory and practice. You will learn about:

  • legislation and regulations
  • working load, proof load, breaking force, usage factor and lifting equipment
  • lifting equipment certificates
  • rejection criteria
  • personal protective equipment
  • estimate mass of loads
  • safe slinging of loads
  • working with walkie-talkie, hand and arm signals
  • working at height

What do you get afterwards?

The course concludes with a practical exam. If the assessment is positive, you will receive a certificate.
