As a Cable Layer Foreman or Cable Infrastructure Foreman, you'll have more responsibilities than just technical work. You'll distribute the work, manage the workplace, and supervise colleagues. This requires more than just professional knowledge: you also need a strong leadership style. This 7-day CKB-accredited course will fully prepare you for this. In five days, you'll learn the basics of cable layering, followed by two days of leadership training in which you'll learn how to manage and communicate effectively.
The course is suitable for infrastructure technology employees who want to progress to a management role within the cable infrastructure team.
