In UAV-GC contracts, the boundaries between design and implementation blur. This calls for a different way of collaborating and contracting. During this workshop, you will learn what this type of contract entails, how to manage risks, and how to apply the most important legal, technical, and administrative aspects in practice. The training is interactive and practice-oriented, focusing on current developments, examples from the civil engineering sector, and providing opportunities for case studies from your own work environment.
The course is suitable for employees who deal with agreements between clients and contractors, such as estimators, work planners, specification writers, executors, project managers and supervisors.
The workshop concludes with a key objectives plan. After the workshop, participants will receive a certificate of participation.
